I’m up nearly every day at 4:30 for the gym but you won’t catch me in the office before 9 much to my bosses dismay. But hey...when you’re physically attached to a phone who’s keeping tabs right?! Having grown up on a small farm in the South Valley, I spent countless days playing and working outdoors. My love for the sun remains strong, and I enjoy diving into hands-on projects. When I’m not outside enjoying the fresh air, you can find me riding alongside my husband on the picturesque back roads of Colorado, exploring charming mountain towns like Ouray and Salida.
For the last 14 years I’ve had the privilege of assisting numerous individuals and families from the Mesilla Valley or in their journey relocating here, by helping them secure financing for homes in our community. I help all buyers from 1st time home buyers, Military, move up buyers and portfolio builders purchasing multiple homes a year and love each of their stories behind the process.

Norbert Gabaldon began his career in the manufactured home industry in 1982, quickly excelling in sales and eventually purchasing the company. Under his leadership, the business grew into one of the largest independent mobile home dealerships in New Mexico.
In 1995, he sold the company to Clayton Homes and transitioned into a role as a sales trainer and business development manager, opening multiple sales offices. He also served as the National Delegate and District Director for Affordable Housing and Manufactured Housing in New Mexico, advocating for housing affordability in Washington, D.C., for two terms. In 1997, Norbert founded a real estate company and subdivision, later selling the business. Due to a non-compete clause, he explored mortgage lending—where he discovered his true passion. Rising through the ranks, he became Regional Vice President for the Western U.S.
After years of traveling, Norbert chose to settle into running a mortgage branch, allowing him to spend more time with his family and mentor others. With decades of expertise in real estate sales, finance, and construction, he brings unparalleled knowledge to the industry. Nancy Ellis is a 32-year veteran in the housing industry and a highly respected businesswoman in the Las Cruces market. While managing Anderson Homes and Anderson Construction, she also dedicated herself to raising two outstanding young men and supporting the local community. After the business was sold, Norbert convinced Nancy to bring her skills into mortgage lending, where she has thrived for the past 18 years. With extensive experience in real estate and construction, she plays a crucial role as both Operations Manager and Regional Loan Officer.
