FlexMLS Homesearch App
After our first consultation you will be set up with an MLS Portal via our FlexMLS system. This is the most up-to-date and accurate data for homes for sale in the area. You should have received a portal invitation link to your email (make sure to check your spam). You will then be prompted to set up a log-in for your account. Then, follow this link to download the corresponding app.
This app will allow you to search right from your device and it will allow you to use GPS to search for homes nearby. For example, you are driving around and find a neighorhood that strikes your interest. Simply open this app and pull all the properties for sale nearby.

If “Hardworking But Fun” was a place, you have arrived! I’m Kacie, a native to New Mexico, but lover of traveling and exploring our amazing world. I grew up in Southern New Mexico, but have had the privilege of living in England and traveling to several different countries and a large number of States in the US. Las Cruces Real Estate Purchase Contract
This is a blank copy of our Las Cruces purchase contract. This is the contract that will be executed between you, the buyer, and the seller.
Buyer Broker Agreement
This is an agreement between myself and you the buyer. As of August 2024 we as real estate agents can no longer show properties without this agreement signed and on file within our brokerage. This is how we get paid as your buyers agents. You can cancel this agreement with written notice should you decide we aren't a fit for you as your buyers agent.
